    Valued input thanks! The bike engine, provided it can be geared for reverse, has a strange attraction to me... Probably something to do with the thought of the noise and feel of 14k rpm in a 500kg tin shoebox :)

    Renault Orpington.... Made the error of going in there for a wheel bolt once. 6 quid for a sodding wheel nut, the guy at the counter genuinely looked embarrassed to be selling me one at that price... Should have pm'd the parts warehouse that is Mr Budgie, at least now I know in future!!

    Haha my gf would threaten to disown me I'm sure, but I suppose if I stuck her on the insurance she'd go along with it!! Wet weather gear would be my biggest concern as that is one thing that the VX/Elise offer slightly greater in. I could also live without the radio/ac/electrics as I am happy...

    Clio 197 Front Grills

    Why not have a stab at the front grill yourself? Pretty easy to get an even spray on a grill and the plastic needs minimal prep (assuming it's the same as the 1*2 grill). Diffuser I am not so sure?! SprayShack on here gets good paint reviews, drop him a pm if you want a post and return price...
