Lighter Clio's help too with ds2500's, I've found standard 182's with ds2500's on track to struggle, whereas lighter cups and ph1's seem fine with them.
I'm on H&R's which are too soft as well, but been advised on here previously that 8/8 is a good starting setup.
I believe a 8kg front / 11kg rear is an AST track equivilant.
The angle of the glass helps with the water sheeting off.
G5 is more repellent than G1, hence it works at lower speeds on the windscreen.
Also worth noting that you need to leave G5 a few hours after applying before letting it get wet, where as G1 is ready to go straight after application.
Both the same pre cat and post cat. The wiring length might be different that's about it.
