I use the u-bolts to clamp around the two headrest posts, with two holes on each side going through the 25mm round bar and wingnuts to secure it.
I think it's a lot more stable than the headrest posts slotting through the bar itself.
Get the Pure Motorsport shims, they're marked in minutes not mm, so it's easy to work out.
They do 10, 20, 30 minute shims for toe. So just stick a 20 on the right side so you end up with 19 left and 15 right.
I've just bought a 20 minute shim as mine is pretty much like yours on the rear.
They probably haven't fitted the spacer behind the disc (deflector i think it's called) or torqued the hub nut up properly.
Should get more than 10k out of them.
Doubt you've warped a disc mate, it's pretty hard to do that.
Could the pad be seized in the caliper, there should be a bit of vertical movement between the pad and the carrier and not wedged in tight.
Interesting that you mentioned about the DS3000's as my brother has similar issues on track in his Megane.
