^^^ lol No car comes back with such an exact figure. Either it's in the region of or nowhere near. Where is your evidence to show the car was 235 at that brief moment? Your car may be running 245 or even 185 today.

Does it need a major service including drive belts? Have you sorted your MPG problem out? Just things people may want to know to decide on your asking price.
