Buy a Denon AVR-X3100, does your surround sound (5.1) second amplified zone, and I believe a third zone which is only a pre out so you'll need a power amplifier.
Or go for the AVR-X4100 with two extra amplified zones.
All control including turning off and on can be done using the Denon app for...

I've been on this forum over 10 years! Even people that have been here a year know that if it's been touched by them it's probably best leaving alone!
It'll cost more to buy a standard one and get ready for track. Buy one with a few modifications that would of cost £1000 usually for a few hundred quid more.
Although if it's standard everything you do to it you know what you've done.
If your sky box was bought in the last 18 months it no,longer has the aerial/RF output for you to be able to do this.
This means you'll need to buy another little box called an i/o link, which are about £25. And whatever you do make sure the sky box is pulled out of the plug with no power at...
