Another vote from me, I think they are a great all round pad. Dust isn't the worst I have experienced, as above it doesn't really bake on the wheels like CL Pads so it shifts pretty easy.
Pirelli P-Zero's or Conti SportContact3's if you don't want to go for the Michelin's. If they are still too expensive, Hankook V12 EVO's. As above, might as well pay the extra for decent rubber as at the end of the day it's the only thing between you and the black stuff.
I run 20mm spacers on the front of mine with no issues, I have however got 1.5 degree of camber on the front but being honest I could probably run 25's on the front and still be okay.

I'm assuming you have seen that Clio 182 in Bristol that is being broken with Recaro's? I wouldn't even bother wasting your time. He is a tool, offered him top money and he is just a messer.
There are loads of them out there but 8/10 of them are shitters. I looked at 8 before I bought mine and I paid £3,600 for it 13 months ago. Still spent over £3,000 on tidying it up and replacing tired items etc.
