I know, transformed. The longer you have them, the more used to them you get mate. Im gonna get a sparco gel cushion for the base though, as they do give you a numb bum over long journeys. Any plans to carpet the back? Went out for some today, but could only get 13ft width... lol!
Theres a difference between the word want and the word need young kenny!
I drove without a/c today and im still alive! Had the window open a bit, all that fresh air's good for you ya know!
Omg, one of my neighbours has bought a modus! It looks like a frog!
Will exchange pics for man hugs...
Aye, the work has to be approved by the insurance company, and the car repaired back to original standards. If its not, tell the insurance company mate.
How does the mpg clock work? Wondered this the other day.
ie, is it the mpg you are doing at that moment, or the total average since its been reset, or the average mpg for the last so many metres...
Anybody know?
Erm, why not just get to a and b without moaning! Christ.
Its a car, it does 30, which is the speed limit, you dont have your own, so be more grateful or just get the bus next time.
In the words of alan partridge... "some people"
Lol.
This car is used by K-Tec Racing as a demo car...
Lol, the wonders of reading the first line.
Ive seen it in the flesh, looks far better than in pictures! Looks really nice!
Pm has and jlo mate, they both know loads about this topic!
Your front bumper looks mint though!
Mind you, for an extra hundred quid for the pair of wings from renault, the wide wings might be worth it... i reckon they look mint :)
Aye. My insurance company had it as interior changes, £25 quid a year... :) yay.
Just off out to buy some carpet for the back now, this thread has inspired me!
Cool. That pic told a thousand words... lol.
The harnesses are far fiddlier than fitting the seats, takes ages to get em set up right. Sweet when its done though.
Need any advice pm us mate... :)
Right, the cup is mine at the rear with three points, and the other pic is sm_wrc's with 4 points.
You need to use the original seat belt anchor points, as these are strong enough to hold the bolts should an accident happen.
Using the drivers seat as an example...
And do you have three or four points?
The bottom of where the drivers seat belt mounts to the car on your right, the left hand side will bolt to the subframe.
At the rear, the seat belt mounts straight behind the seat for three points, for four...
Get a dynamique mate, lovely cars.
Also, up to motorway speeds, there is absolutely no difference in speed between a 1.2 clio and a 1.4, so stick with the 1.2 16v.
You cant get them new, as rory says.
Buy the cheapest, worst condition cup alloys you can find, as they'd need respraying to make them black anyways.
Then any good wheel refurbishing company can make them black for you, expect to pay up to £200 for all four to be refurbished and sprayed...
