I hear good things about the angelworks manifold. Exhaust, you want to consider bothering with decat and swapping back for MOT etc. Also the db levels of these are in question lately, but there's a recent post explaining all the different db levels and options. Go for both? :)

I found a problem with touch up sticks was the paint was just too concentrated to get a good match. Try adding a bit of thinners.
