    GOOD MORNING ALL !

    As said, it's the dephaser pulley. It's recommended to change them then the belts are done, if that's the case you shouldn't have many issues. Mileage is irrelevant if its been serviced and looked after, loads of 172/182's on here with well over 150K on the clock still going strong. Good luck...
