Mine had previously been replaced according to my local dealer but I took it in anyway to be checked and they replaced the catch again for no charge. Didn't even ask to see the letter either..

I ran those 1144's on a previous car and agree with what your saying. Go for the DS3000's then.. The RC6's are meant to be really good but they destroy your paint lol!
Haven't used them personally but I was talking to a guy at a pistonheads meet at the weekend who was using them on his Integra and he really rated them. He said he ran the Toyo R1R's previously and preferred the Bridgestone, those R1R's are pretty highly rated too.
