Hehe, i had just 60mm shocks and springs on my dynamique, and was way hard. Ive also run apex -40mm on my cup, and that was a really hard ride also. Coilies are a much more compliant ride, and dont make the interior rattle either, lol.

Worth ringing them fella if its not running at the stated speed. Ive got ntl, and kept getting adsl results of 0.7mbps. Rang them and it turns out they'd connected me at the wrong speed, and id been paying too much for my service for ages! Back up to 4 now though, *sigh of relief* ahhh.

If you fit 16's (of your two suggestions id go for the 182 wheels mate) you can lower it 60mm without rubbing mate. Anything less than 40mm and it wont look lowered!

Coilovers should make the ride a lot more comfy than springs and shocks josh? the 60mm springs and shocks will rattle his fillings out! lol
