Glad to hear we helped when you were making your decision. :) You can get leads to make most headunits work with the stalk but not all - but MT Audio will be able to help with that as you say. The screen is not so easy and you will probably never use it for anything other than time/temp again.

I really hope this is the case. When you say replace anything, do you mean new parts, or they've just not set it up properly?

So I had a new alternator fitted a week or so ago and I've been having a poke about in the engine bay today and noticed that the belt looks stupidly close/is touching the mount (not sure of its name). How is this meant to look? I'm going to take it back to the garage tomorrow.

Kenwood KDC-BT42 for me - got it for £50.00 second hand off a fairly local guy on eBay!

I had the Connects2 kit on my standard stereo in the 182 and it works brilliant but it is quite restrictive if you want to do anything other then plug it in to your iPod/iPhone. I've switched to a bluetooth/USB headunit and its so much better, and it even lets me take phone calls on the go...

I've had my Pipercross oiling kit sitting on the side for a month - will make sure I use it this weekend! I wasn't aware of the need to do it so often!

Just renewed my club membership so heres to another year with CS! Looking forward to receiving my renewal pack. :) Also ordered some more Fuchs Titan Sypersyn and oil filter ready for an oil change before winter sets in!

Downloaded and installed this last night - I like the new Maps feature and integration of that with iPhoto, and the Calendar also looks a lot better. Apart from that I haven't noticed much change (I use Chrome over Safari), but I haven't used it much. The iBooks thing will never get used. Ever.

Clio passed it's MOT this weekend with only a driver's side TRE needing to be replaced - happy days. The MOT itself only cost me £12 as I bought it on Groupon for a local garage (In Town Automotive, Northampton). Tax due this month as well.

The dogbone comes off with two bolts, I just bought one that was already polyflex'd and swapped it over - obviously if you're doing the bushes yourself it'll take a little longer.

I don't hear any voices online at all - I haven't got a headset just yet but will have one soon.

You're not going to get any decent wheel on that budget, also you have to get a boss as well to fit the wheel.
