ive had this exact same problem mate.
If you take the cover off the boot, then look in there and you will see the little motor house, its like a white plastic surround. there will be a torx screw holding it on, remove that and disconnect the motor and it should fall away.

well mate. There are 2 little clipy screw things at the top of the grill, under the bonnet and you just undo them. then with a bit of force, i pused my old one back towards the rad until the clops came undone! then its a sorta reversal to install the new one!

Well, i bought my car with some huge alloys on, and decided to get rid and get the 172 alloys.
Its been lowered 40mm, but i think its a bit to high.
