getting my car out of the garage today and my Dad told me that my passenger side reversing light was not working, so i check the bulb and that is fine, and found out that the fog light does not work as well must be some dodgy connection so i will be phoning renault up on tuesday

painted the garage floor twice its about 30 foot long and i am knackered now, but it was worth it looks good now, did a stupid thing though painted myself out of the garage and could not get back in the house i had to climb on the garage roof walk to the back and jump off so i could get in...

they dont take the tyre off it is drilled and plugged from the outside my mates have had this done on their bikes when they got a puncher in wales, when they took the tyre in to be fixed (with a plug the AA had put in) they told them it cant be done now for some reason i cant remember why now.

the AAs idea of fixing the tyre is drilling a hole in it then putting a rubber plug in it but IIRC this fix damages the tyre beyond repair after getting you home

ive got this as well it annoys the fcuk out of me the only solution i have found is ram the glove box up with stuff so it presses on the top

sorry to hear about this mate but i think you may have trouble getting any more money back, if you had brought the kit from DT then you could refuse to pay this is the problem of buying somthing from one place and having it fitted by another

i have never understud these people who do things like that if he had came back to the garage and repoted it he would probably had less of a bo!!ocking and the car would have had new tyres on when you picked it up without all of the hassle, did he expect you not to say anything. if...

14s would not fit over the front but it would go on the back with no problem

i have got a rover space saver in my boot but the only problem that you will have is the c-bore will have to have 2mm per side machined out of it (as it is 54mm dia), the PCD are the same (4x100). got mine off e-bay for £10.

the wheels IIRC are £115 ish ive had one in my boot for about 5 months (due to a pot hole) but it does take up a lot of room so i have now moved to a rover space saver and the space in the boot now is a lot better. BTW i had to machine out the centre bore to get it to fit correctly

i think it has been around for a while they said it is covered under their insurance but it is 3rd party only so you should really upgrade it with your own insurance to fully comp.

if you are refurring to the et38 that is the offset, aftermarket wheels have a large c-bore so they will fit all cars all you do is buy some plastic centres for the wheels so they fit on the hub correctly

IIRC they are put together by hand

i had a phone call a couple of weeks ago they said i would get a free renault sport watch for 2 hours i my time, i just told them i was not intrested, i wouldnt be to bad if they told you first where they get all the info from i dont trust things like this IMO they should send a letter out first...

does the RA detect DS2s because it may of been one of them because the "safety" vans or police can sit quite a distance from them and get all the info IIRC

get a mirror and look up the 3 holes and in 2 of them there are screws just remove them, its easy with it removed, and it is the right thing to do because i asked at renault and a mechanic came out and showed me.
