didnt a lot of WRX scoobys (jap imports) have black rear windows? if they were illegal would they not have been took off when the car was checked at the import centre to make sure it is road legal

use some autosol metal paste on the pipes it will bring them up like new, i used it to clean my bike exhaust when i sold it to get rid of the dis-colour from heat and they were shiny silver when i finished. only costs a couple of quid and it last for ages :D
on damp and wet roads my car spins its wheels in second when it gets to 5k and the TC never seems to come on :confused: in my focus if the wheels even slightly lost grip TC was on TBH it was too intrusive but i think the clio could do with it being a little more sensitive
i was just coming down the expressway and i started braking and indicating left then i noticed that the rear fog light symbol on the dash was flashing with the indicator symbol.
has anybody else had anything like this happen?
my 182 does it if i unlock the doors but dont open the boot or doors it locks itself after about 30 sec but if i open the door it wont do it so i wont lock the keys in
i think it is a good thing
when i did my 182 i just drove the car on to a couple of bricks so it was high enough to take the sump guard off and get to the sump plug. (dont know where to jack the car up with a trolly jack)
i didnt find getting to the filter too bad after the injector cover and engine cover was removed
i went to have a test drive in the 182 in march or april and told the dealer that i had no intention of ordering a car for at least a couple of months.
i spoke to sombody else first because she said Debra was on the phone and when i asked her about it she said do i have an account etc because if you dont you cant have it then Debra came on the phone and it was sorted in a couple of mins top bird
agree with above you are accellerating quickly, i have only seen mine about 2 times i have even tried to look for it but i just seem to focus on the road instead (not a bad thing though)
mines on the sill by the side window in the back and it works fine (B2) i think it says in the instructions that it wont work through a reflective windscreen

the sat nav would be running off 12v so i would need a stepdown converter from 24v to 12v.
dink i found that one as well dont know how it works and it seems quite big
davep24 that is really what i need do you know where to get them from and how much they are ?
if i could afford it i would have a CTR as it is about the same price as the corrola but if your on a budget get the 182 i love mine. as for the aftersales service it depends on the dealer where i brought my car from they are crap but i went to another and they could not be any more helpful.
i am thinking of buying a sat nav unit with my dad so he can use it in the week when he is driving a lorry and i can use it at the weekend
the problem i have is the lorry is 24 volts and the car is 12 volts so is there a converter plug or somthing to sort this problem out?
