try giving k-tec a call and explaining the problem. they are helpfull guys

i cant tell you why its true but yes looking at k-tecs site their exhausts are different for 1.2 and 1.6.

looking here http://www.k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=2436 the 1.2 ones are different to the 1.4/1.6 ones. sorry for the mis-info

2" should be fine on the 1.6 16v.

double check bore sizes on the magnex site. if they are the same then no worries

yes, iirc all the magnex exhaust have the same bore size for the non RS clios
