Is the not a start up in diagnostic mode option, Yes/No to each driver? elimination sort of thing.

In the UK I took mine to 70. Elsewhere I took mine to 145 but of course thats not a real figure.

Is your 172 an import? Some countries had no where near 172 bhp.

On the road you wouldn't be going over 70 so I reckon it will be a very close thing.

Yup similar to what I read. check the version of portcls.sys (XP SP2), from KB888111 is 5.1.2600.1364 ( this fix came from realtek driver realtek_alc880_drv119
