I bought the springs from auction by K-Tec on ebay, and as its been over 90 days the page has been taken down so unfortunately i cannot link you to them.
I bought the side strips from a guy on here who sprayed them for me, cost me £35 for both sides IIRC.
I lowered my 1.2 by 35-40mm and it does make a very noticable difference IMO. I got springs and shocks from KTEC and it handled so much nicer with them on.
It may not have been really low but i still liked the way it sat.

That is crazy insurance prices! I agree with what the others are saying, keep the 1.2. You wouldnt really notice the difference between the 1.2 and the 1.4.
As far as i am aware, the non-sport colours are the same as the 172 colours, but the 182 colours are different.
For example,
Non-Sport - Pearl Black
172 - Pearl Black
182 - Black Gold
Scam. I searched google for

Ive had my 197 for 3 weeks now, and I came from a 1.2 too. It does feel like a big step up, i even scared myself once or twice by how fast it is haha, but now i've had it for a few weeks im used to it and feel more in control.
