Looks nice and clean mate, any ring pics?
Surprised it took so long to notice the broken coilpack plug though, would have been one of the first things I'd have check! Live and learn eh, French cars for ya.
Autoglym paint sealant working it's magic this morning.
Thought it looked pretty mean without the front plate as well, see how long I can push my luck for.
Looks great buddy, need to get myself a rear arb after all the good things I keep hearing!
Personally I prefer the gold F1s all day long, but the 172s still look great.
RS looks the absolute business matey.
There's one that lives about 30 seconds from me and I can't help but stare at it everytime I drive past. Such mean looking cars!
Would definitely love to own one at one point, but can imagine the upkeep being pretty high!
Great looking car mate, like mentioned beforehand - those Willwoods look the absolute business.
Don't think the Superturismo's complement them though? Not sure what wheels do fit over them, but I think some ultraleggeras/1.2s etc would suit the car better - or even Turini's if they'll fit!
Couple of updates to share with you all.
First of all, filled in the gap on my Sparco wheel with a horn. No idea how to wire it up but at least it looks far better.
Excuse the mess, missed out on it's weekly clean over the weekend unfortunately!
Also finally fitted a KTEC induction, what a...
Sorry, didn't mean manufacturer recommended as such.
I used Autofinesse total which is 'safe to use on all car interiors' and is obviously quite a highly recommended company... so yeah god knows what I did wrong but hey, nothing I can do about it now it seems.
I've fucked up my Sparco Wheel trying to clean it, used recommended shampoo and followed online guide but now it's dried it's all rough and tacky. I'm such a knob, pissed off to say the least.
Anyone on here used a steering wheel cover that actually looks decent? Or ideas to sort out the wheel...
Looks good bud, nice starting point! Sits well on the 1.2s.
Do you ever come near Derbyshire? Just a coincidence I read this thread, as I've been scratching my head trying to wire my horn up this morning and getting nowhere!
Nice work mate, looks a lot cleaner than when I saw it!
Never seen those Speedlines before, yours must be the only 1*2 in the country to be running them!
Ah yeah, I'm with you now. Nah, I didn't both painting the lower half. I like the fuel rail cover but can't imagine it making a huge difference to the look if it was removed.
Had this exact problem just the other day as well, about 50mph just a slight hesitation.
My first thought was injectors myself. But hasn't done it since touchwood.
As @imprezaworks advises, will also monitor the situation and let you know if I find a solution (if needs be).
