Can't keep up with your car moves! - What happened to the M3? Newer spec wheels are nicer imo, but overall, good choice. Keep OEM exhaust too!

    E46 M3 - Project/Ownership Thread.

Ride - Yes, also less tramlining. ] Handle - Debateable. I'd say no. At speed the CSL's/19's are far more stable. Overall the 18's look pikey! Not a fan of the black grill!

Middle one is on Coilovers, so can be ignored. It's an illusion though, all three cars have different sized tyres, both profile and width. Makes it look higher than it really is.

That's the plan. Bought some last wk, but it's too small! Ta! Good to have her back, looking forward to the Ring!

    V6

Expensive; as i didn't fit it. Worse still, they had to cut bits of the engine covers. It could be neater, but it's function over form in this case.

Danny - Other Illiad is James's. Front end needs a respray. but will do it after the ring in September. Fletch - 44k High Miles compared to most; although done less than 5k in 3yrs, just no time to drive it these days.

Ironically, James's Vee was the lowest at the front? OEM springs. All on oem size wheels. Steve's Mars red is showroom quality, flawless.

    Cleanest M3 in the country...

Nothing nice about it imo! Terrible colour/Interior/badges/wheel colour...VF don't have a great rep either... But inevitably the paintwork etc will be flawless.

    Lovely "Custom" Ford Puma

Think so, it's the garage somewhere. Look at the trophy, They were 285bhp...but detuned for road use... They were also 1100 before all the clobber and safety gear took charge... They delivered on what they thought they would achieve, but then the "powers that be" put a halt to that! It's not...

    Lovely "Custom" Ford Puma

Ok then. If the Puma is underpowered and unable to find the limits of the handling. Then this is the exact opposite!! Too much power for the car? Surely?

What was Renaults original claim for the Clio V6. I am curious to hear this.

    Lovely "Custom" Ford Puma

I've raced Pembrey. It is 85% flat out. I'll print out the PI spec for the datalogger later if you want!? Yes there is a hairpin which is incredibly sharp...Big deal, take that as your 15% that is not flat out.
