i'm not sure, what i done is set it to volts tested the battery whilst running then turned it all off then i put one on the big nut on the alternator then earthed it on the car battery?
My battery goes dead over night, just put a multi metre on it and found that when everything is switched off the alternator is drawing 1.63 volts.
when the engine is running i get 14.6v with lights on plus heaters ect
both alternator and battery are new
any help would be great
decent set of tyres and save the rest of your money for a 172/182... i'm guessing this is your first car? seriously isn't worth chucking a load of coin at it
yeah done a quick google search and this was a celebration model to winning the WRC title for third time.
i couldn't find out why this is so much cheaper to insure though.
http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/subaru/impreza/subaru-impreza-terzo-turbo-number-1---------------1998/1860015 whats a terzo edition? just got an insurance quote for 800 on one of these which is 1000 less than what i've been getting on a 2000 turbo.
i may look more into this then, i love a competitive race without some hill billy using me as there brake. Going to be getting the thrustmaster 500rs in the new year as well so these should combine lovely!
