    My steering wheel does the same mate. At the same speed too. Id say its the wheel weights, i got mine balanced when i first put them on and thats when it started.

    Yeah boss prefs is an app. I had the same problem as you a while ago, but i already had it installed. Install it, run it and make sure '3G' and 'EDGE' are turned on That did it for me

    If the clips arnt working then you could buy some new clips. What i did on my front doorcards was fill them with sponge :)
