Re: SUPER 1600 REPLICA based on 172, CLIO WILLIAMS Tribute, CLIO WILLIAMS IV (Austra
This looks so good mate, can't believe how quick you've got it finished, top work. love it.
Ill 2nd that mate, defo need a picture of the 3 of them
Thanks very much Paul as said my dad took the other flower off my hands to have a tinker with as he's had RS clios in the past so likes them.
Cheers Dom, my dads took the standard flower off my hands as it was just going to waste really. Would you want a 200 to run alongside the 182? I love driving the 197 I was going to use the sunflower for my Blackpool trip the weekend just gone to put some miles on it, but since I fitted the new...
That quite alright mate it took awhile to read through the whole thing but it was a very interesting read. As you've said from the start it's a keeper but even with the problems you've had it would have tested a lot of people & they would have sold up so hats off to you. I'm sure the end result...
Ohh there will defo be plenty of work for you.
Another little addition I've done but forgot to upload a picture of it, I've fitted an RS badge to the front grill, it's the one that's off the front of a RS200, needed abit of trimming but it fits perfect & secured very well incase anybody...
 Really love the look of this Dom can't wait to see it at CSS, you've done some very tasty mods to it it looks perfect. I like the filter relocation pipe that you get in ktecs kit.
Ive just sat & read this thread start to finish & hats off to you mate, all the s**t you've been through with it & you've kept with it were others would have called it a day & it looks like a very fine example with some great mods, i bet you can't wait to get it back now. i went about a full...
I can imagine that like I couldn't believe how big it was. They have taken over the Renault contract now so all the new Renaults go there straight from France but they are behind on orders.
Just read the thread for the first time mate, it looks like a great Ph1  Love the look of it with red cage & buckets, the new exhaust looks very tasty too. Where did you get the 3mm spacers from?
Bloody hell mate that is stone chipped :( I'll stop moaning about mine now haha.
Is the chip bad? Are you having to get a new screen? I need a new one really as when I first got it, it had s**t wipers on & they came apart & scratched the screen.
Re: Titanium Ph1 172
Here's the videos mate, shame the back box has rattled itself to bits & was spoiling them :(
Once you get the plans done you've spoke about its going to be even better.

I got mine 2nd hand off a forum member but it had never been painted or fitted, I got it fitted at my dads place & they used proper Renault ixell bonding sealant the two screws you get in the kit are optional to help keep the ends pulled down until the sealant go's off but they didn't use them...
I can't have been looking & missed you flash me.
Yeah had fun always do in Blackpool I've always been from a very young age, Louise hadn't been before so thought Id treat her lol.
Re: dmallett's 421'd monaco
Im using the RS-R's on the sunflower & I love them will be swapping the conti 3s for them on the 197 once they wear out. Great choice mate.
I went for the ktec sprint spoiler on my 197 & it fits perfect, I like the cup spoiler but IMO they just look stuck on if the cars standard, ride height etc & they need the rest of the aero kit to look right. Here's mine
I defo won't be doing FCS but defo doing CSS instead. Haha I don't no about putting yours to shame mines showing a few battle scares now stone chips to the front end, hasn't long been painted either :( really want a full respray before CSS.
I was busy last Monday but not with the sunflower the exhaust manifold on the 197 had been blowing for a while common problem with them it seems, eventually one popped up forsale on 197.net so I bought it & set about fitting it last Monday ready for a drive to blackpool, it was a bit of a chew...
