My old reservoir was a custom one from America from Sidewinder computers ( iandh Stealth I think it was called ), not sure about the Bitspower ones but with a number of reservoirs you can buy mutli port tops and bottoms now.
I bought the sleeve kit when doing the system the first time around, but in addition to that ended up buying more of the 'small' sleeve as that tends to be what you use the most of.

I've had a Corsair fail before and it didn't really make financial sense to pay to return it to them in the Netherlands so bought a Coolermaster instead. I must admit though I've got a Corsair 1200W in the current build and that's been faultless (touch wood)
Mine too, SSD for the OS & Programs, SSD for my iTunes library, 10K rpm drives for CD & Origin games and 2 x 1TB HDDs for my steam library. I then have servers with their own storage for a home file share, one of the servers also has a Revo PCI-E SSD for some of my VMs so they respond ultra-fast.
If something went wrong your likely to be pretty f**ked either way, but IMO there is a big difference between speeding in a car and speeding on a bike, sat behind the wheel of the Merc I'd feel a lot more comfortable pressing on than on the bike.
I've stopped counting how much I've spent on Watercooling alone, but I'd feel pretty confident in saying its more than £1000, I don't regret any of it though, its something any serious PC builder should do at some point.
MPDC sleeve is also another money-pit of mine.
