I'm with Hastings and had a no fault claim. They were very good.
Basically this little old lady joined the roundabout in the wrong direction, I was joining the roundabout, literally a couple of miles per hour and she got me head on.
I had dashcam footage, the little old lady admitted full...
They do if you've got a decent fitting kit.
This is one I knocked up out of stainless parts years ago. It's still going strong and even better now I've got a stainless flange. 😁

There's a guy on Facebook called Luca Locatelli who sells stainless flanges.
When my car was at Birchdown, they welded the stainless flange in place with the exhaust manifold still in situ.
Have you tried Renault? I had one replaced 2 years ago through my insurance after some minor front end damage. It came from Renault in France along with some other genuine parts.
You should have auto wipers and lights, regardless whether it's an import or not.
Both of mine did. Maybe you've got a fault with gel pack on the windscreen, or had your windscreen replaced at some time and it wasn't fitted?
I bought my first 172 import in 2001 from an Independent Renault garage. I think I paid £13k for it and had it 4 years.
My 182 import that's still my daily drive I bought from Motorpoint 18.5 years ago for £12k.
I had both of them fitted with a Toad alarm.
I don't know the spring rates. It just says that the spring rates are the same as the original springs. I've had the their lowering springs on my 182 for a couple of years now and I really rate them in terms of drop and handling.
Grams make 2 different types of springs. One type lower the car and are regarded as an upgrade to the original springs. These are the ones I have fitted to my 182.
They also make a spring that is a direct replacement for the standard springs.
You'll be very lucky to find original springs now as...
Coilovers aren't exactly standard spec.
I have Grams springs on my 182 with standard cup dampers. They drop the car about 25 ish mm all round and the car handles better than standard springs in my opinion.
On my 182, if you leave the lights on and exit the car there's a beeping sound to let you know to turn the lights off.
Off the top of my head, I seem to recall it beeps about 6 times then stops.
I would imagine your cup is or was the same?
As for your indicators clicking / not clicking . I...
Cheers mate 👍 I've ordered a thread pitch gauge. It should arrive today.
I found another rear caliper with different bolts in again lol. Im not exactly sure where I got this one from, I've had it years.
The calipers I've refurbed are genuine Renault ones that originally came on my 182. Hopefully...
If you could check it would be much appreciated.
I ran a M12 x 1.25 die down a couple of the bolts just to clean them up but it removed a bit of material so I stopped. They are a fine thread. I'll be surprised if they're a 1.75 pitch. I've read a bit about the bolts, there's not much info to be...
They're the 2 bolts that go in here. Not the 2 bolts that bolt the caliper to the hub.
Looking on that list from the link you posted it doesn't show any of those bolts. They're about 25mm long.
Did you manage to sort out the caliper carrier bolts?
I'm looking to replace mine but can't find the exact size. I thought they were M12 x 25mm x 1.25 thread pitch, but having visited a local tool distributor today to get some new bolts they didn't have any and didn't know the exact size.
Cup suspension was slightly lower and slightly stiffer than none cup suspension. So yeah, you're correct.
Cup springs are no longer available but cup shock absorbers are.
I had one on my Yozza exhaust years ago. The eml came on a couple of times. I just reset it each time and it never came back on again.
Zero performance gains as others have said. It made an already loud exhaust louder. I took it off come MOT time and never put it back on, so I sold it.
The thing that concerns me is. Type E has an expiry date of only 3 years. Whereas Type D is 8 years.
Surely the Type E will degrade much faster after going through 100s of heating and cooling cycles?
Carpro Dlux lasts for ages, a little bit goes a long way. I had high hopes for the Infinity wax plastic coat when it was released as I like their products, but was really disappointed how long it lasted. Autoglym trim gel is poor as well in my opinion.
