Phone Renault and ask how much for 1 bulb. Make sure you're sitting down at the time lol . I think they wanted about 90 quid a bulb ? Not sure if the D2S refers to the fitting , but like @mossyv6 said that's what you need and 4300k is oem . I went for 5000k , they're a bit whiter. Once you start...
It's 16mm ID like @Simon998 said. This hose will be ok . Only £5.13 delivered for 1 metre . It's only a breather hose . Or put up an ad in the Wanted section ...
They bite well from cold . I wouldn't use them if they shite . I paid about £90 for the 1144's a few years back and don't think it was £90 well spent. I was glad to change them in the end. Try the TRW's . I'll put money on it that you'll be surprised how good they are for very little money.
Everytime you start to slow down they squeal really loud. I went from the Mintex pads to TRW pads . From my experience the TRW pads work better, so that's what I'll be stucking with.
I've been running TRW front and rear pads for tha past couple of years . Really good wear rate , last ages . Good bite from cold and never fade when hot on the road ( not track ) . I've had Mintex 1144's , they squealed like f**k, very loud, to the point they were annoying amd embarassing...
I've cancelled ith Adrian Flux , I had to pay a settlement fee . I was sorning the car but now I need it for a few more weeks. I suppose I could give them a bell tomorrow and see what they say. Cheapest I've found so far is £107 for 14 days with dayinsure.com ?
I used Loctite super glue , held the tumb grip there for a few seconds and Bob's your Uncle , job done . Super glues are all the same , just that the cheaper ones are alot thinner and can run.
When I had a cracked ABS ring the pedal would judder like f**k , then it would throw up the ABS light on the dash and it would feel normal afterwards. You sure it's not just your brake pads/discs worn down ?
Changed the battery . Cleaned up the terminals on both + and - cables . The earth cable from the battery and loom were pretty loose , so tightened them up. The gearbox to body earth strap was in decent condition but put a 2nd one on just for good measure as I already bought one. I couldn't see...
Well I've already gone and bought a new one now . So I'll change it tomorrow morning. Does that sound right though the 10.60 - 10.80 volts when I crank it ?
Another thing to add . Which it's done before , but not today until just now is the auto lights came on straight away and it's asking for the code again for the radio as if the battery has been disconnected . It did this the other week . All the terminals are tight on the battery.
Just been out and tried it as I cranked it . Before it started it was 12.61 volts , when cranking it dropped to between 10.60 and 10.80 for a split second then shoots up to 14+ volts as you'd expect. Does that sound normal to you ? @bloke
