These are both true. 18" wheels would give you a better top speed. Fred used remoulds and I've seen a few other tests with remoulds and they are on par.

It is a 3/4 one by the looks of it but the larger one, look in the guides section and it will explain.

Did you clean the hub before mounting spacers? Needs a good wire brush and clean first.

Have you got your licence back yet? FPN codes are different to the licence codes. It'll be a CU80, but what does your licence say?
