Sat in the speeds at Autosport show last weekend, very nice seats, felt 'tighter' and more supportive than the trendlines they had on their stand, and cheaper to! They advertised them at £330 each.
I would go back to the garage, and not leave until I got compensation/they admitted fault and agree to fix it.
That is appalling damage. Lucky you took photos, at least you can use them to counter their 'clean inspection' report.
Leaving aside the fact that the 17"s probably ruin the handling and therefore defeats the purpose of having a trophy, they look cheap and dont even suit the car.

I would have done the same, as you said if they were that determined to get the car who knows what the would have done to you if you had got out. Lucky you werent caught at traffic lights etc!
I know a lot of people rate the Maxogen ITG enclosed induction kit - see sticky in for sale thread, theres a group buy on now.
Or, the BMC CDA is slightly cheaper.
