People get confused with dynos and rolling roads. A dyno is when the engine is out of the car.

All IMO of course but running a car up on the rollers is no easy task. Its not just a case of puttng the car on, tieing it down and flooring it. There are only maybe one or two rolling roads in scotland where you will get a proper figure.

I dont want to open a can of worms but pretty much every rolling road reads differently, in my experience of course. I wasn't gonna say anything but seeing as someone has commented on it already, If I was going to put ny car on the rollers I wouldnt be going to falkland.

The first thing you need to check is that you are going to someone who knows what they are doing. Esp if you want certain readings. Somay RR operators out there have no clue how to run a car up properly. Make sure you go to someone with a good reputation.

Erm, I doubt its a built in limiter mate! As mentioned above its to do with the car not being on closed loop fuelling control when the car first starts up. When the engine is stone cold it needs more fuel so the ecu will just chuck loads in until it gets to a certain temp then it will switch...
