For me, yeah it did. On a regular trackcar I'd have the set don't get me wrong, but on a car that just gets used on the road/odd trackday I wouldn't bother.

Shifter all day long over the topmount and strut brace kit. I hate the way solid topmounts ride the road, and I love how my PMS shifter really improves the drive.

I quite like the carbon, if I was to go standard steering wheel on the Clio I'd pretty much go the way you have with that wheel. Doesn't look too OTT.
