I used WD40 over a couple of days, just dousing it twice a day and leaving it. Spraying them on the day and hoping they move is where people go wrong. I wire brushed around either side of the adjusters on the threads so once they broke free they would move enough to get more WD in between.
But...
After seeing you struggle with it yesterday I must admit its a big flaw, especially being a 'Motorsport' part.
I've got one on my cup and I like to 'work' it through the gears, however without the pressure in racing.
I guess you could keep on tweaking it so that every gear is a bit easier? I...
Really sleek looking car Pete, though does look a little cluttered with all the bits on it. Remove the 'tow' stickers and that will improve it massively.

Bit more done to the coilovers today, after soaking the threads/adjusters on the fronts without much effort they freed off and removed them.
Then popped to a mates to use his bench sanding thing to clean the threads up, the picture really doesn't show it but there's a big difference! Lol...
With the good weather, brighter evenings and pending sale of the FK Konigsports I thought I'd dig out the old Bilsteins from the shed to clean them up and adjust them for this Cup. I also purchased a Whiteline a few weeks back that needed a spruce up...

Bingo.
Had brand new cup shocks with cooksports, really didn't like the way it crashed a lot.
Bilsteins set at a usable level were far more compliant, though you're paying for that.
Jay - For once I'm actually so happy with a car that I can overlook the the marks on the bodywork! Doesn't mean I won't be getting them sorted though, probably won't be a reshell though. ;)
