Unfortunately not, been mad busy with work and literally havent had any day light hours to get to the bottom of this... one thing is for sure, the problem is still there! As soon as i get time to sort it i will update!

Id say its the Leads... I had this problem twice on my ph1 around this time of year, it seemed to be the cold and wet weather that caused the problems. I sourced a 2nd hand lead off a member on here which was fine, then a few weeks later another went so i just replaced the lot... No problems...

Yeah you can, you just load the OEM map back on... i did this to see whether there was any difference between the two maps

Hi All, couple of long term annoying problems on my ph1... 1. My ph1 since buying it has made a grinding noise under hard acceleration in 1st gear, and now 2nd gear too! All engine mounts are solid, gear box etc, had it looked at under the car etc by a VW mechanic about a year or two ago and...

I have owned my Ph1 for 4 years and 8 months now. I have no intention of ever selling it as its worth more to me than it would be to sell it. I plan to maintain it myself and see how long it will last. currently on 95k and going strong!

Okey doke, willl look into that! Do you need any special glue's or anything as the ones that snapped looked like there was some kind of glue/tape used? im talking about the handles on the sides that recline the seat or release it so you can get people in the back?

Anyone?

Both the handles on my passenger seat have snapped, does this mean the seat is scrap now or can I source new ones? Was thinking for the hassle I may aswell just try and find a replacement seat or are the hand cheap and easy to fit? Thanks Ross
