Are the AD08's ok to use in the wet for track days? Im torn between them or RSR's for my trip to the "ring" in the summer, dont want to get there in the wet and have to drive like a granny because my tyres arent up to it in the wet...

Ive just had a Ktec 172 stealth with the centre silencer fitted. Cant complain, only a tad louder than the standard system and has a little pop every now and again on the over run! Going to be de-cat'ing it soon though to run a nice chunk of boost through it... doubt it will sound the same...

+1 Had a ph1 172 and fancied a change so gave it to my mum and got an Evo, then a mini cooper s, ended up back in a clio 182 FF and havent looked back, very fun car to drive and cheap to run/maintain (compared to the Evo lol)

Aydon were you a mod on the MLR by any chance? Had a picture of a yellow Evo 8 as your picture??

To be honest ive not driven the car since then as its being turned into a track car. When the work starts on it i will be getting the issue sorted. If you find anything out feel free to PM me mate so i can save time messing around!

I think i read somewhere that (if you have climate control) you dont need to put your heating on full, you just need to set the temperature to a comfortable one (mines at 22degrees) and your car wont use as much fuel as it would when your heating is set to max all the time? maybe worth a try...
