Ryan you are lucky i guessed a safe setup for more boost! Playing with fire (hot enough to melt some holes ;) ) upping the boost without checking it PROPERLY
If you are doing a conversion and not fitting a UCH you will need the ECU decoding AND fitting with an immo emulator. We can do this but need to check the latest price on the emulator.
You can make plenty of torque and power on the DCI, the stock injectors will supply enough fuel to out do the turbo, with a hybrid unit i think 150 maybe possible from the 80 at a push.
Never had any problems caused by the maps on the DCI's
My MRS drives a 2005 65 that has been pushing 95 from nearly the day she got it, no issues there.
The normal issues with these are the EGR, someimes the pump goes and takes the injectors with it due to the bits of metal.
Strong engine...
You are missing the point, it's not about the figures, its about how s**t they were running and the fact that that a$$hole accuses us of rigging results!
Sounds like bottom end AND top end, but with a bottom end like that oil pressure will be right down and cause lack of oil up top.
I'd start with another engine!
lol Craig you are mad

The mods are good but the order sucks :S
Give me a call and i'll tell you what to do ;)
Dyno Dynamics are "usually" pretty close to be fair. although there is room for more fook ups on the analogue sw^ due to the manual weather entry, needs doing very often to ensure the run is accurate.
The new DD like ours has a bluetooth weather station which is automatic :)
Cams will give gains when mapped to suit, as you can see peak power is moved up and so is torque, depends what you want really but +20hp on an already tuned engine is not bad. Ignoring the figures that is ;)
