Well thats what I was wondering, although I like having the kick at about 5k, do I want to have an rs tuner to give me a bit more power lower down. As said, I dont think its sluggish as im comparing it to my 1 litre, but by reading other comments, it sounds like you have a better driveabilty...
Im terribly sorry, I mean a 182 only being my second car and my first car being a 1 litre car, the 182 doesnt seem to be "piss slow up to 5k" to me... yeah you can replicate it, but I like pushing the throttle all the way waiting for 5k and then having that kick you get.. I am very sorry if you...
If you have about a £3k budget, you could always look at getting a meganne rs, the ones with 225hp, as they have turbo, they can be tuned easier than a na car, but as said, the 182 are very good cars with a decent amount of power :) plus ypu have all your gadgets, climate control, cruise control etc
It is a good little track, its a must do for people who want to try their car on a track :) haha to be honest when I was driving round, one of the marshalls held a sign ip that said "take it easy"haha I had 2 goes at it, so 20 laps I total, forst time I was against an m3 300hp machine, no...

Also when I went today, some of them thought I have been...
Plus everyone has to pay tax that way as no one can get out of not paying tax :) and you wouldnt have to sorn your car as you simply wouldnt be using it on the road
Well I thought the way tax works is that that if your engine produces lots of co2, higher tax, so if im doing 40k and you do 4k, im producing more co2 menaing I will be paying more tax... a sort of pay as you go system for tax, the more you use the road, the more tax, the less you use the road...
Sounds good, thinking of lowering mine a little bit, sits a little high, but I dont want it too low becasue of stupid speeds bumps near where i live :/ I had a new exhaust put on mine, no idea what brand as I let the garage sort it out.. Its raspier but not loud which is good :D
First of all try the tdc, its a simple job to do and simply take the tdc sensor out, give it a wipe and put it back in, if you search on the forum for the tdc sesnor it will tell you how to take it out
Black 182 with red alloys and blacked out rear lights at the roundabout in co gleton just came off the dual carriageway near the town. Very nice 182 :)
