By the time you have purchased all the parts and tools I think its a waste of time doing it yourself. Take it to someone who does them day in day out, at least you know its done properly, invoice to say its been done etc. Will be so much easier to sell the car if/when you come to that point in...

Took the Cup in to work today, absolutely dead so I gave it a polish and cleaned up the exhaust. Polybushed bits. Polished the wheels up.

Yep that's on the list, I my just do the sanding process as I don't really want to paint it tbh.

5w40 oil Cambelt on the 1.4 will need the correct locking tool, pin, horse shoe etc.

Got the standard air box finally sorted thank to @Jamie86 Cleaned up the plastics and pipe work. Re-sprayed the brackets and bolts. Fit a new air filter. Managed to sell the KTR for £99, happy with that. Removed KTR. Fit new filter. Much better.

Got hem through work (I work at Remault) you can get them off eBay for £26.95 deliverd, just type in Clio expression mats.

Doubt if you will spot it, tucked up in the garage :) got the air box it's just the brackets and hoses I need now. I'm hoping it will become a future classic :)

Still work to be done, but it's not far off, front end respray next.

Been using the stuff for years, always highly rated it. When the Clio 3 came out they sufferd with notchy gear selection, this stuff always cured it.
