I thought so too at 1st glance but that's danni murphy one of the Irish drivers :) lovely girl don't understand a word she says the moment she has a drink tho lol
We have done llandow for the last 2 years, we also had a license day there in march this year. The pro and super pro drivers are at combe on the 14th for japfest. Doing a big demo.
Yeah tbh imo Norfolk isn't really a round type venue, it's been used for the last couple of year as the team...
aye still here, technicians dont have a clue.. all they know how to do is plug a computer in haha.
bit of patcience some researach and i should be able to do it myself :D
just the ignition module and fuel pump that worries me... and the fuel lines... actually i dont think i have any of them...
wow back in work, shattered, really could do with today off to recover lol.
going to study wiring diagrams in the hope i can wire the fuse box tonight... hummm
standard lights are vile, im not a fan lol, the new ones are cleaner, nicer lines. but if i do want to swap its like 10 tiny bolts lol
the seats are so immaculate... but then it is a low mileage car. well was.. not much is original now lol
the plan is to cut up the front seats tho :D haha
ok not so much progrss today, i think after 4 days solid i need a break lol
old lights vs new
only annoying thing about doing things 2 years late is you dont realise things are broken, one of the rear lights has all but one of the studs broken off, they were sold as mint. oh well lol...
the drivers seatbelt on the golf isnt retracting fully when taken off, is this an mot failure?
want to make sure i get as much sorted as i can before the mot, im sure it will take a couple of attempts but who knows
does anyone know if its a MOT failure if the seatbelt doesnt fully retract? drivers one doesnt go tight when u take it off, passenger one needs a bit of work, the moron before me had glued the seabelt bolt in.... nice
old one for now... id rather get it all done as it should be then if it doesnt run im not f**king about with a load of custom wiring that could just make matters worse :D
todays updates
old headlining vs new
ewww 31 year old dust
yeah so its not quite as easy as take old one out put new one in... its a bit baggy... lol
in progress
so after a couple of hours, lot of glue and even more of a head rush...
also before i did the headlining...
well sheeees home, im a little worried bout the feelings i have towards this car, id forgotted how much i love this heap of metal ... maybe its replaced men for me :S hahaha
so anyway im pissed off that who ever bled up the brakes while it was away has spilt brake fluid all down my wing and...
