why are your tyres getting eaten?! do you have positive camber atm?? they will fit though, the rear beam layout is the same for the whole mk2 range.

im saying if youre handy you could do it in an hour!! if youre a moron with a torque wrench, then id set aside a day for it!! either way as long as you have the sense to tighten bolts up FT (or a torque wrench) then it can be done with little or no mechanical experience!!

Does anyone know if the aux pulley on the crank from an F7R will fit on an F4R engine?? they seem the same fitament and offset but wanted some advice from someone who knew a lot about both engines?! the F7 pulley is quite a bit smaller and less bulky and therefore may be a lightweight...

as long as you use thick enough steel in your little bracket then it should be alright, better off welding a bracket to the seat frames!

why dont you buy a real bolt in cage, then just move it to the 172 when you can afford one!! (assuming you want to go down that route on the 172) i dont really think theyre that popular of a mod anymore so few places are supplying them!! ktec used to bt i just checked and theyre not there...

No worries dude but like I said it would be much easier to just use the cobra slow subframes that are floating about!! Check out JonG's track clio thread, he did a lot better job of it than I did!! Lol Next job for me is to rip all the dash out and clean up behind and sort out behind that...

i consulted my little handbook and it says that the STOP light should come on with either handbrake/ABS/Oil/temp...... so why is mine on without any other light on?! :(

theyre not the suspension top mounts! im sure theyll come off with a bit of wd40 and an impact gun!! leave them until they need changing tbh!!
