Standard cup suspension (perhaps with cooksport or eibach sportline springs) are perfect for road use IMO. Personally I would just refresh what you have.

Is a bumper off job. They bolt onto the rear of the bumper, you will see easily enough when it's off. I am pretty sure the sport and non sports are different.
