    RIP Trophy 433/500

:( Gutted for you mate. Properly properly gutted. I've not read through all 11 pages, but the main thing is you're alright - I imagine it could have been so much worse! And a Trophy is only a bit of metal... easily replaced.

    My GT :)

Plenty, thanks to the 'limited edition' 1.2 etc

Pikes Peak - I don't think you can crash bigger than this really

'orrible crash. Both survived, one was seriously injured but not critical IIRC. Amazing how strong that cage is though - looks like it was quite a big drop!

    MX5 Number 2.

Progress is indeed progress. I've hopefully got a few tasty parts lined up to be bought sometime soon, so this'll get updated when and if that all happens!

    MX5 Number 2.

I did have a look at some Rally cars for inspiration... but as you just proved - they all look absolute garbage! :( Nah, I'm not even going to try and repair this shell - it's pointless. There's rust everywhere - I tried jacking the car up by the jacking point on the sills the other day to try...

    MX5 Number 2.

I'll save most people some reading: It's still not low. Anyway, Fiiiiiiinally got the rotten, 'orrible wheel off just in time for CSS.. although there's actually more photos of me than the car in the picture thread :o It was quite dirty though in fairness, so I'll let you all off. Tonight I...

    Forza 4

A C425 GT86/FRS is amazing! Standard power, but with all the chassis mods etc. it'll go sideways forever. Sounds a bit naff, but then so does the real car - so at least it's accurate.

    Ferrari F12 & 599 GTO

Not directly - I know they're completely different cars and it would be ludicrous to compare them. But the it looked as though that element of drama and 'Passion' (Ugh) was back in the Ferrari - something that seems to have been missing from their cars for the past couple of generations IMO. It...

    Ferrari F12 & 599 GTO

Amazing video. They both sound properly incredible! Ferrari is really on a roll at the moment. The 599 kind of reminded me of a Pagani - lots of drama, lots of noise and incredibly fast. I'm not sure on how the F12 looks tbh, but then I never really took to the 458 either... Even after seeing a...

    Forza 4

They've really been hitting the nail on the head with the engine noises recently. Especially with turbo's and superchargers etc. It's one of the most important aspects of the game for me, so I've been loving the last few DLC's just for the noises alone!

    Italian appreciation thread..

This is at least a year old, and the guy has since sold it, but OMGBRERA. Why aren't these things more popular in the whole lowwzzzzz/fitment scene? Certainly more interesting than anything VAG... I'd certainly have one; even if they are completely style over substance. Bit...

    Black and green ex-extreme 1.2 16v

Yeah, it'll sort it right out. Make sure you soak the wet and dry paper in car shampoo &water before sanding, and keep rinsing it - just be careful not to rip the paper. Just have a look at a few wet sanding videos on YouTube first. Boring, but you'll be less likely to make a mess of it!

    CSS Saturday NW Convoy

Was that you?! LOL!! I absolutely booted it for a good few minutes and didn't catch anyone! Then, because maps on my phone decided it didn't want to work, I just stayed on the M6... lol. Had to pull in, re-install maps, then blast through Coventry. Horrible place.

    CSS Saturday NW Convoy

That's right, I stayed at the back of your pack, then made the error of choosing a different toll to you all. There was two cars infront of me, but it took a good few minutes to get through - something wrong with the first car getting through, by which time you'd all long gone!

Yeah, everyone fucked off again after the toll! I tried to catch up an ended up in Coventry FFS.

    Black and green ex-extreme 1.2 16v

You just need to wet sand it tbh. It'll probably come out fine after some 1000, 2000 & 3000 grit and a good polish.

Airport for WHSmith. Hate it. A lot. Just finished again, must have had 2 and a half hours sleep maximum last night! FML. Drive home was fun crawling at 50 pretty much all the way, whilst avoiding mental swerving lorry drivers! Managed 36.8mpg though, bonus!
