I have to say, I do agree with a lot of what he's said. As standard, they are far too wallowy, you do sit too high, the gear ratios are crap (a 6 speed 'box from the MK2 and a different diff will sort that), the 1.8 engine in that car isn't as fun as the 1.6 despite being a bit more powerful...

I just think Carbs on this thing would be amazing fun! Everytime you let off the throttle Constant flames. Apparently though, it's insanely hard to get within 10bhp of even the standard figure with carbs... throttle bodies on their own make around 130/140 - so you need to go all out or not...

I can't remember ever seeing it with the massive tip.. probably just as well, judging by what I've heard! OH, and I managed to almost keep up with Jon.G in his Trophy... This thing is AMAZING!!
