Paragraphs? :P I would recommend eibach sportlines, similar ride quality to standard cup springs but with a slight drop and better body control. The reason people tend to go for the skoda splitter is for value for money. Original cup splitter is in excess of £100! Hope that helps.

I am starting to look for a full set of tyres for my 182, but the price difference between 195 and 205 tyres is staggering. Would there really bea noticeable difference in performance if I went for 195 tyres? Thanks in advance

I think the advice will be that you should always replace tyres in pairs on the same axle...

On a long run I can get high 30's/low 40's. But since I drive it like a hot hatch I average 32/33. Which I think is amazing for a 2ltr petrol engine!
