There's quite a few in that bracket with between 60 and 80,000 depends what you class as low mileage. I think FSH and belts change are the things to look for most.

After months of setbacks due to various reasons, finally got to own a PH2 Needs a bit of tlc but engine and body seem good and belts done at Ktec 10k ago so that's one less worry. At a price I couldn't refuse.
