though i like the colour contrast somewhat,
i think the car needs to be modded to pull them off!!
and youre attitude is horrific for someone who owns a poverty spec 1.2!
MOT dont really check any of the airbags. Even having the light on is only a advisory, sometimes not even that!
i agree that you are entitled to have a moan about it, since those things are bloody lethal!! but renault will just say its own and out of their care now so im not sure who you would...
claims? points??
if the car means that much to you, suck it up and pay insurance monthly!!
i shouldnt think it would over 2k, but ive never insured a renault sport!
mount it to what benieth the dash? the dash is the only solid thing to mount it to without nut and bolting something through the bulk head,
which im tempted to do at a later stage as i want to put some switchers there.
and how hot are you expecting the summer to be?? melting the loom??
if i took the rest out then id loose stereo, heater, and clocks. That wouldnt be too sensible now would it!
and as for the clock, its not a surrount, its a volt meter as i want to keep an eye on my alternator
saved actually quite a bit of weight actually, about 10-15kgs once you add all the sound deadening and vents and such.
and no that is not just exposing whats underneith, had to remount the fuse box as it was part of the lower dash.
took the dash out for a clean up, and decieded to only put...
so today i thought to hell with it,
for want of anything else to strip out of the clio, i gave the dash the chop! (and i dont mean its foreskin!)
im sure its not to everyones tastes, but personally, i love the way it looks! considering its the closest thing i have to a daily (i do maybe...
it has CUK on the plate, which im guessing stands for "cruisers-uk.com" or whats left of it!
http://www.c-uk.moonfruit.com/#/features/4531849140
so im guessing sully is the users name!!
even a rolling road wont give you a sure answer!
they read the power at the wheels, then use a complex algorithm to calculatr the drag of the unsprung weight and transmition!
this will always have a degree of innacuracy!
only way to know for sure is to lug the engine out and rig it up to some...
Book power i believe is 170,
but from experience, theyre normally about 160, varies completely from car to car depending on how its been built/treated
what a stupid question to be on an insurance form,
give the TPS, ICV, TDC sensor, Lamdba sensor and throttle body a clean and see where that leaves you,
sounds like idle control to me, mine does this from time to time, but its a mk1 so put it down to her being moody!
i also spied the skyline! very nice!
clio looks mint too!!
i wouldnt have thought the inlet gasket would cause a lump idle, more likely to idle far too high as a result of that!!
my first should would indeed be the coilpack tbh! but feel free to give the TB a good clean if you get time...
i use 4 point 3" OMP harnesses (hook in), and theyre great!!
they hook in to the usual eyelets and the threads match that of all the usual seatbelt anchor points.
from the drivers seat... the right lap strap goes to the b pillar,
the right shoulder strap goes to the rear seatbelt clip...
disgraceful!............................ you could at least take the de-icer and scraper out in this weather!!
it was a great turning point for me, taking my scraper out the car, thats when i knew summer was nearly here!!
silver visions completely transform the look of the lights imho,
the rear lights look guff with a big spolge of orange in the middle of the silver circle. they look so much smarter with silver visions. and the same goes for the front.
im not sure what kit the expression comes with, but...
roof kills it for me tbh!
black roof on the other hand = win.
just be careful taking that shite off! my mate did it the other day on a diesta and it tore all the laqure off!
pack of cable ties,
10mm spanner,
13mm spanner,
Torx driver with various adjustments,
torch,
blackberry charger,
a pen.
that is everything that resides in my car that i wouldnt consider as being part of the car.
