I was merely agreeing with Fletch that I thought Mike had indeed sold the Trophy. Is your car wet yet? Usually rains when I finish cleaning my car. Will have to do my interior for Combe and Trax. Think by Sunday I'll be fed up of cleaning cars. Two on Friday, Three more yesterday for my son's...
We were discussing last night if you had bought your elusive Trophy yet and some said you had. Every time I see one for sale I think are you interested.
Chris, I would offer to get you a quote for a repair but I'll probably get banned for advertising my son's works.
Been preparing their show stand today and had to drive some of the cars there. The Elf is parked next to a racing Carrera Cup, what a contrast. Looks like it's going to be a good...
Overtook a Silver 54 reg 182 en route to KKs meet last night. Flashed lights and put thumb up as drove past. Overtook me as I was turning off towards Paulsgrove and they drove on. Obviously weren't going to the meet !!!
What not reached 150k yet Fletch? I thought you're usual detour home would have added more than 10 miles.
I'll still be 4k short of my next service by the end of KTecs September Servicing offer. Oh well time to put the Clio away for the weekend as I need to get the Elf to Romsey now.
As for...
Here they are. Liked the standoffs Nick they looked good. The only really dirty car was the new Area Reps. Poor show!!! We are going to have to teach her the art of cleaning and prepping a car for a meet.
Couldn't leave you out Kerry.
This one's a bit late for the last photo...
Fletch you beat me to it. Good pics! Still downloading mine to Flickr. I wil try and put mine on tonight.
Was a really good meet and was a good vibe. Great to meet some newbies and the usual suspects.
That was a great site leaving KKs. Fletch tearing off with Atouba attached to his back...
Awesome pics as usual Chris. Love the head on of the Red Arrows. Was unable to go as was out for the day with the grandchildren yesterday. Everyone must have been there as Paultons Park was not heaving.
Saw the Vulcan at Farnborough last year and like you the last time I saw it was in its...

Hi, welcome to CS and as Kerry says get yourself along to a meet here on the Mainland. We are all as has been mentioned. You'll soon find out who the smooth talkers and who the sharks are.
If you are into photography I would suggest Flickr. Once you get used to it, it's a really good site and maintains the original quality of the photos you take.
Wow at prices like that are you sure that he's not a stealer setting out on his own. Nearly £2100 for the Clio bits. Still has several parts available I shouldn't wonder. Careful he's probably been trawling through here as he is in touch with what some people would pay for parts.
I had a set of suitcases for my 18th, took the hint and left home. For my son's 18th I gave him the Hillman Imp we were restoring for a year. He's never forgiven me.
At a loose end on Sunday and thought that I would get out for the day after being stuck in a car all day Saturday travelling to Cambridge and sitting in traffic jams for 6 hours.
So I dusted the cobwebs off the Elf washed it saturday night and set off early Sunday morning. Managed to get...
Absolutely fantastic pics. Surprised that you had even thought about giving up. like everyone else we all owe so much to you for firing us up with enthusiasm. I know that I do not have your talent for taking the perfect picture, but I still strive to gain some credit for any I've taken. Your...
Hi did speak to you before you went out and then forgot your name by the time I got home. :( Anyway managed to catch some pics of you and your brother in laws? Cinquecento.
The Cinquecento
Good to meet you and sorry I forgot your name. Hope we meet up again at Combe or some...
And there speaks the font of all wisdom.
WTF does it matter what age you are and driving an RS. :nono:
If Evo (A grown up's Magazine) puts two in their top ten driver's cars then they must be right. Who says that speed should be for the young. All I can say is £240 a year insurance...
I think a cream or white sofa would have finished the look of perfectly. Also if it was turned around to the front that could be more aerodynamic. You have just invented the Renault Sport People Carrier with that extra row of seats.
If you're cheap respray is too cheap, I'm sure I know someone who may be able to help you out. Although you may have to do a lot of prep work yourself. :quiet:
