Actually, even then there is the potential for outright failure. If you have a good clocking 1080Ti or TX, and end up with a lemon TXP, you may end up having the same or less performance even with the extra 256 cores lol :D

I did have a Maxwell Titan lol. Yeah, they need a kick up the arse with this naming convention, as if busting peoples nuts isn't enough that just bought a Ti waiting on the next "best thing".

Nah, well, if you'd bought one recently perhaps. I've had mine since August. Doing a little research you can look up the full core count, and the fact it was a cut back. They were always going to bring out the full fat one, was just a question of when.

No mate, that was the Z35 that Sharky has. It's a 2560x1080 VA panel, the x34 is a 3840x1440 IPS (100hz OC). Was on the cards but was waiting for the prices to come down a bit. They were at £1200 at one point, which is mentalism. Legend! Not sure when the Strix is arriving, may have to sell...

So having paid off the v12 finance i had... Just took out some more on the X34A Acer panel. Naughty
