Gutted for you mate. You sound like a good guy not going mad at your mum though. Tbh I'm the only one who drives my car, simply because if I bin it then its my own fault. If my mum drove it and crashed it and I lost my ncb etc.
Hope its all sorted quick.
I got a front bumper, wing...
Just the pic mate, I didn't have the wheels fully straight just reversed out of the space and took a quick pic trying not to look like a loser tbh (even though I am ;))
Next august unfortunately got to wait untill i have another years ncb and directline wouldn't swap me on to one at my age...
Which is the better camera out of the two. I'm thinking of getting one for xmas and they're exactly the same price etc so which is the better.
I'm fancying the Nikon but I know the Cannon eos range have a good reputation.
Also what is the difference between a IS and VR lense. I'm just after...
Was in this underground carpark on sat and couldn't resist a quick pic. I know it needs an RS grill, silvervisions and lowering but it won't be getting any of them because i'm saving up for a 1*2.
It also needs a clean but I was visiting thw gf at uni so didn't have chance.
I'd risk it tbh but i'd book it in for a cambelt asap and not bother driving it untill its done. I would also drive it under 3k etc i know its being a bit ott but its better than risking a belt snap. Technically you could never change a cambelt and it may not snap but its realy not worth the risk.
Gota love the 197 v 182 threads.
I wasn't around here back then but did they have 172 v 182 threads and ph-quick v ph2 172 threads?
I've got to say the 197 is a fantastic looking car, suposed to handle brilliantly but they just don't seem to have the same go-karty feeling that the MK2's do...
I like my clio for what it is. A run around, its comforable over short distances, economical in the right circumstances ( got my highest ever mpg figure yesterday 57.5 mpg on a 45 mile motorway trip) and it touch wood has been reliable.
The main thing I hate it for is not being a sport, but...
Wouldnt have bothered declaring that. If anything was said by insurance, not that they'd open the airbox i'd just say I paid a mechanic to do a service and he said he replaced the filter.
Not bad results mate. Its a shame that RS's don't mate they're quoted power standard. Bit out of order that you pay for a 170 bhp car and only get 156 bhp standard.
