36mm socket iirc... put it on top of the metal sleeve, two hits with a hammer and it all drops out.
I did one the other week and it took 25minutes to fit the powerflex kit.
I had a look in the garage today, not sure how much they will help you... I have eight of them, around 25mm tall with m6 holes in them iirc.

Originally, when Paul first did the bigger injector upgrade it did cause that very problem and the fuel tank reading was out... when showing 1/4 of a tank it was actually empty!
But Paul at RStuning has created a file to recalibrate the fuel tank / mpg readings... so they are, in his words "98%...

My megane was running alot smoother and getting an extra 3pmg with a tank full of that!

Have you done any Dyno runs with the new set-up? It must be pretty impressive in the Clio shell, my megane with 300bhp feels bloody quick!!!
I am sure I hit 140 a few times on ze autobahns last year..
But I am pretty sure it took 3hrs to go from 120 - 140mph, anything after 120 in a Clio (without boost) is pointless lol!
