The trackday kit comes with 7kg front and rear. Tbh there springs are fairly reasonably priced to and the delivery is really quick!

So finally picked up a set of these little beauties BC racing BR series coilovers, a few friends have used these on various cars and always been happy with handling and finish and how durable they are so thought I'd buy a set, they also come with pillow ball camber top mounts

116d mate, still a 2.0 but it's the msport so it comes with 120bhp which I was sceptical about but it's actually quite quick and gets some good reviews It's got the 18's and lowered as standard, really spec'd Yeah I'm up for that in new year!
