ahh, i though you just slid the arse into the barrier. If it was me at your age/first car, i would be avioding insurance, thats what i did when i wacked mothers car at 17, got all the parts off ebay for £300, body shop wanted 2.5k lol
Re: Friends 18yo daughter
Thats good for Renault, i did a first service the other day, Castrol 5w40, all consumables, oil filter, pollen filter, £229. I expect yours will be no consumables, and the motrio 5w40 oil and a pollen filter.
Re: Friends 18yo daughter
Quite sure as all of the Renault range went to 1 year service intervals from late sep 2005 and they changed the 1.5dci to 12k, although petrols remained at 18k but also changed to yearly servicing. They now have changed some back to 2 year intervals again now though.
Re: Friends 18yo daughter
Edit that, just seen its the 120g/km emissions so its just in for the £30 tax, some of the earlier ones were 123g/km making them £95 tax
Re: Friends 18yo daughter
i would find a 86bhp model as the tax is cheaper than the 68, although at that price its a good deal from a dealer.
also, 4 stamps :S intervals are 1 year or 12,000miles
They do a 106 in the modus buts its quite rare, even has the 6 speed box. Mrs doesnt like it know more and wants a clio dci again but 5 door. Tuff poo i say. she tells me this once ive serviced it, coolant/brake fluid change, aux belt kit, 4 tyres, parking sensors, and a new instrument panel as...
underside looks identical to a clio 3, its slightly shorter than a clio 2 but slightly wider than both. Michelin tyres up front and nankangs on the back, thats why its a bit slippery in the wet.
the abs unit is differnt iirc, mrs modus dci 86 has esp, had it on loads in the rain last night, f1 style around rounabouts, back end loves to swing out in the modus. Gay looking car but so much fun.
